Every homeowner who contacts Jazzmusical Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Jazzmusical Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@jazzmusical.living and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
